Question:

how many eggs do crested geckos lay?

we have a couple crested geckos and if we were to breed them, does anyone know how to care for them? or how many eggs are layed?

Answer:

look for a stick that says ( trans fluid ) some vehicles don,t have a stick.
Isuzu Rodeo Transmission Fluid
any where from 5-9 sometimes they only lay one or two
Eggs are incubated in a variety or different mediums (vermiculite is the most common) that is just slightly moistened. They don't need very high temperatures to incubate, usually the mid to high 70s Fahrenheit are enough. Eggs are layed in multiple clutches of two. The baby geckos need care pretty much like the adults. Small insects (1'8th inch crickets when they are young) and fruit babyfood a couple times a week with a good vitamin supplement, or there is a powdered diet available. Make sure they can get out of any water dish you give them and watch the humidity a little closer, but cresteds are very hardy usually, even as youngsters.
