How many kinds of jet nozzles are there?
As the engine works at different speeds, the amount of oil required varies greatly. A swirl device is arranged in the centrifugal injector, and the working principle is shown in the diagram. The fuel into the swirl chamber from the tangential hole, rotates rapidly in the swirl chamber, the fuel ejected from the nozzle hole, affected by the inertia force and the impact force of the air burst into numerous small oil droplets, so as to obtain the good atomization results.
The jet nozzles used in aero turbine engines include centrifugal nozzle, pneumatic nozzle, evaporating tube nozzle and oil throwing nozzle.
