Our City has recently installed an 8' water main to supply solely a 9 hole golf course w/small clubhouse. Isn't the sizing of this main unduly large for such a small usage?
He was expecting you to sit by a phone that does not work. As well as sit at a computer that does not work. Totally unreasonable.

it all dpends on the fps, if its over 400 which is over the limit on most fields then yes it can be harmful and maybe even lethal, as long as you wear all safety clothing and take all precautions there is nothing to worry about
