The tire and rim are still on the bike. just need and approximate cost of them taking tire off, getting new tube installed and putting tire back on
Most fabrics are fire retardant. I would be worried about that artificial fuzz melting.

At my shop, depending on the model of the bike .5 - 1 hour labor and about $20 for the tube. MOST bikes for the front .5 Hour X $90 $45, plus $20 for the tube $65
The price of a new tube is anywhere from $6 to about $20. If you bring the wheel in, you could pay anywhere from $10 to $50 to get it installed. If you bring the bike in, figure to pay more for removal and replacement of the wheel. This task is always a bit of a pain, but with practice does not have to be too big a deal. If you are getting out on the road at all, you would do well to learn to do it so that a flat on the road does not inconvenience you.
