How much horsepower will a Cold Air Intake add to a 2003 HONDA CIVIC LX??
Seriously, lol, what you would look into would be more like an inter cooler and after cooler, and not an AC system for your turbo's, seriously ? do some research and then invest the money that will only allow you to drive the speed limit +- 9 MPH, some peeps have more money then sense.
RE: Can I fit different size tyres/tires than the factory originals ? I have a 2004 Audi Avant (Estate) the tyres that are currently fitted are 205/55/R16 91 W. I have been offered some tyres at a bargain price but they are slightly different 205/50/R16 87 W. I telephoned an Audi main dealer and they said they would not recommend this because of the speed rating.

Cold air intakes quite honestly cold air intakes don't do a thing until you are at the top of your engines power band so you are throwing your money in the trash, however, a cheaper way to go and not throw your money away and get the same affect and not change a thing from stock is a KN filter, also summit racing have off brand kns. you can get one name brand for like 50 bucks and do the same as a cold air intake for normal driving. but you wont see a huge improvement with either unless you are running 100mph or more all the time
that will fit you can go smaller but you cant go bigger that # is the height than with than rim size
