I got a lawn mower of craigslist for $10 because it was missing a throttle and engine control cable. it has a Briggs Stratton 3.75hp Sprint Easypull engine. It also has a bag. It's a gas mower.
Once it is fixed it is worth about $50.
It looks like a nice lawn mower. Throttle cable should be an easy install. I don't know how much it is worth working - $75? New ones can be bought for $140 - $200. Put new oil in it every spring and a new spark plug. Clean the air filter. I drain my mower of oil before winter and put a teaspoon of oil in the spark plug hole to keep the piston from locking up. Exactly what my owner's manual says. Your mower doesn't look like it has too much use on it. Pump the choke 5 times and it should start right up. Good luck with it.
