Question:

How much weight should i attempt for standing shoulder press?

I normally seated shoulder press for the shoulder workout today the gym is closed early so i working out in a residents gym near they dont have the rack so i have to clean it up and press it.I only have done standing one time before 95*12For seated here are my sets95 warm up135*12155*10185*6-10( with a little help from spotter)

Answer:

are you going to use your legs at all when lifting it above your head? most people do that and lift a **** load more of weight...i dont get the point of it...besides it uses your whole body...i remember i was putting 135 up when i did that...and i did 95 seated haha idk now and i think these pills are bs...i only got 1 more reps on military press unless im just not giving it enough time its only been 9 days...even though i did put up new numbers for barbell curls yesterday... edit yeah...idk it is only day 9 and im up 4 pounds...might be water weight but who knows well see in 30 days if im like 15 pounds heavier or not you think i should still go on pct? my balls havent shrinken but my nipples are getting a bit bigger and yeah...
Normally one can military press more weight than they can seated press, so I would say go with your seated press' highest set. It may be harder simply because your not used to the movement, which in that case means to go lower and lower till your comfortable.
