Question:

how much will a 22ft tri axle equipment trailer weigh empty?

What would be the tongue weight. It is a pinnel hitch. Can I safely pull it with an F-150?

Answer:

I just bought a 2008 YZF R6 and I love it. I only get 42 mpg but it is much better then my car. It all depends if you want a cruiser or a crotch rocket. Cruisers are a little more comfortable with distance and have better gas mileage. My friend has a Vstar and gets in the 50's for mpg. I bought mine for $11,000 and my friend bought hers for under $8,000. They are both Yamaha's. I paid $180 dollars for the first maintenence for it. Then it drops after that. I have seen them get up to 25,000 miles on them. Not sure about other brands, cause Yamaha is all I ever own.
go to the manufacturer's website, it will have all the specifications. Then compare those with the specs on your truck.
What materials are it made of. We have no clue what you have. A tri axle trailer is a commercial trailer to haul heavy loads. A 1/2 ton Ford would have a hard time hauling a empty trailer let alone loaded. You need a 3/4 ton or a 1 ton with a heavy duty engine.
A tri-axle trailer will be very heavy. Built for pulling some serious weight. It may have a pintle hitch, or maybe a Ball hitch, but regardless of this, It will most likely exceed any load rating an f150 can handle, unless you're just towing it empty, it may (and I mean just may) be OK. Check the trailer specs and your truck specs first.
