I'll say $0 Now, if you mean how much would it cost to have new tires installed on your rims not counting the cost of the new tires, The answer is about $50 total for 4 wheels and tires mounted and balanced.
I think Dunlop tried to develop one about 30 years ago but it was a flop. Go to an auto supply store and you'll find any number of brands - they are all as bad as each other. Temporary fixes, don't go over 50 mph if you have to use one, and get the puncture fixed ASAP.
