you usually dont get to choose the wheels because all the pro ones are between 99A - 101A and thats not much a diffeence 99A and below is softer wheels and 100A and up are very hard wheels usually better for tranny skating
The best way to pick the hardness of the wheels is to figure what kind of surface you will be riding on if its a hard flat surface get hard wheels but the rougher the surface gets the softer your wheels should be hard wheels go faster but soft wheels give a smoother ride
