Answer:

Ball mouse - take the cover plate off the bottom, remove the ball and give the three little rollers a good clean to remove all the gunk. Reassemble. Optical mouse - you're probably using it on a shiny surface - they don't like that. Put a bit of paper down and it'll behave.
I agree with Magic Johnson, but I would put Jordan right there with him. They have the backcourt locked up. Noone has really come close to besting Magic as a point guard, and Kobe is probably the closest you'll see to Jordan and even he is pretty far behind IMO. We may never see players better than Magic or Jordan.
Oscar far behind Magic? I think you're badly mistaken. Kareem, who played with both, says Oscar was better, and Kareem only played with Oscar at the end of his career. Isiah isn't close, however, Frazier, Cousy, Nash, West if you call him a PG and Stockton were all better. And Wilt was the best center ever, even better than Jordan during his Warrior and Sixer days. Too many people only saw Wilt during his Laker days and after he blew out his knee. He was still great defensively then, but wasn't close to being the player he had been.
