why on earth would you do that!!!you should've used a large straight needle and put the belly bar in as it comes out. clean the area really well especially with some antibacterial ointment. You'll need to do this and turn the bar 3 times aday.
First of all, you should go and get it done professionally, because using a safety pin is really, really unsafe and unsanitary. Belly piercings are really sexy, but not if they are swollen, red and full of puss. Take the safety pin out immediately, wash it out and go elsewhere. To technically answer your question, it will not stretch until you put something in it that stretches it. The skin will just shrink around whatever you have in it. Please take good care of yourself!!!
