Respectfully, what are you trying to achieve by erecting a 60ft statue of the Olympian King? If you really want to build one and ensure that it's safe from natural phenomenon such as lightning, then building a lightning rods would definitely help in keeping the statue intact.
you can tell the kids to stop, drop and roll if their ever on fire and for the traffic lights tell them to hold someones hand to cross the street and never cross when the red hand is up
