Due to lightning strike I'm setting up a new home theater. Tv Sony Bravia and theater Bose 3 speaker set-up. Bose chosen because of only 3 wires. 40/11 possibilities though. Sony doesn't like Bose, will not give over all controls. Cable in definitely digital but Sony says analog regardless of what I do. I've read the directions and I'm fairly competent. Cable company says responsibility ends with wire.Ideas ?
Check your speaker connections- a lot of Sony receivers will decypher digital signals automatically, but only if ALL surround sound speakers are correctly hooked up.
Follow the colors, and im not making dun of you, im serious, and use the help # on the box, if that doesnt work trade it.
first off most digital cables only part of the channels are digital the analog the other half of Chanel's its simple hook up color coded not a tough hook up but call Bose help line you can buy a great universal remote that you can teach it do do all the function you need
