I recently came across a piece of art that is amazing. It is oil paint on a panel and the artis built up resin on top of it about half an inch thick. Also it looks like she painted between coats of resin also. It all looks very 3D. The resin looks so smooth even on the sides of the piece. Can anyone provide information on how I can do this?
