How to delete the System Volume Information folder?

I have two partitions C: (for Windows Vista), and D: (for my personal files).And in D:, there is a file inside the System Volume Information that uses 20Gb! ({0a429b87-1011-11dd-901d-000000000000}{3808876b-c176-4e48-b7ae-04046e6cc752}), and I really need this 20Gb back because i need more spaceI tried to delete this file, or the entire System Volume Information folder without luckI tried all the suggestion in forums. I already tried owning the folder (but at the end it shows an error with the files inside) , and already tried to disable enable the restore system.. but nothing works.Any Help. please??Thank for advance

well, a lot of times oversized shirts look really cute over skinny jeans. cut the neck l ike to an 80s style neck offf the shoulder kinda thing and wear a nice big peace necklace and a cool headband and tie your hair up to the side maybe you can even stick leggings underneath ive also had friends who just safety pin shirts in thhe back or just cut them and such
Oh your poor thing been there! Try using aloe lotion if you don't have any try a lotion with no as in zero scent or alcohol
could have been a weak sweat joint. honestly I would get your self a tubing cutter a shark bite 90 and install it yourself no leaks and 10 minutes you'll be good to go,
