Normally she was eating in her high chair. But recently I had a C-section and they said no lifting and she is 28 pounds. also, I think she is growing out of her high chair because she tries to stand up in it and rocks it and she can tip over. So, what do I do? Do I get her a booster seat? Does it have buckles? What do you recommend? Today I tried to feed her on the couch but it can be messy and she was running around with food in her hands.P.s. I have to hold my newborn often, so I have only 1 free hand if any.
Booster seat. Your kid should already be able to climb in her own chair.
definitely a booster. they do clip to the chair and do have buckles.
She is definitely to old for her high chair. If you have a coffee table then get her a little chair so she can eat there. There are several types of booster chairs. Just go look and decide which one you prefer. I would recommend one that attaches to a chair and has buckles.
