Question:

How to fix leaks in Compressed Dry Air pipes in the manufacturing plant?

The CDA line pressure is approximately 6.5bar. Most of the pipes used are GI and they are leaking from the joints and fittings. How can we fix the leaks without shutting down the compressors? Is there any possible way to fix them without a shutdown?

Answer:

pull the pin and squeeze the handle. lol most use compressed gas to expell the retardent. that is about it. only you can prevent forrest fires.
No, they can still get in. They brake in. But just get a burglar alarm and it will b kewl. They are only 250 dollars i think, and will guarantee no stolen objects. Hope it helps.
