I'am struggling with my bench press lately. I use to do 150 now it went down to 135. Are there any other workouts to help increase my bench press back to 150 again?
work on ur tric and front delts, i bet they are ur weak point
If you took a long break from working out you would have lost strength, a lot of other things can mess with your performance. To increase your bench press you would have to work on your chest, shoulders, and triceps. The internet has TONS of workouts for that, P90x has one you can do from home with just a few dumbbells etc. Quick fixes: keep your back flat on the bench, spread your legs and plant your feet, squeezing your glutes and core and try to bend the bar away from you when you push up.
