tire is flat and separated from rim
Pour a flammable fluid around the inside of tyre and then light it. This sucks all the air out and will seal it against the rim then quickly pump it up watch a video on youtube and you will c wat I mean
They usually have a tube inside, just start filling it up like you usually would, it should set how it should automatically. (Only if tire is around the rim)
