Confirm the pipe material and wall thickness (take full account of the thickness of the inner wall of the pipe).4, to confirm the service life of the pipe, in the use of 10 years or so of the pipeline, even carbon steel material, it is best to use plug-in installation.5, after the completion of the first four steps, you can confirm what kind of sensor installation.6, start input parameters to determine the installation distance to the body.
Install the sensor, debugging signal, waterproof, warping good signal cable, waste disposal site thread, the end of the installation.
Very important: measure the installation distance accurately.(1) external clamp type optional mounting sensor, about distance, and then constantly debug the motion sensor to achieve the best match between signal and transmission ratio.(2) insert a special tool to measure the distance of installation points on the pipeline. This distance is very important. It directly affects the actual measurement accuracy of the meter, so it is better to do many measurements in order to achieve higher accuracy.
