linux mostly i wouldnt say completely but as most of the viruses are made for windows based systems as it is widely used. windows xp is most likely targeted but i recommend you to use windows and get a antivirus and internet security and use windows xp or 7 but i still like xp and again this is my favourite
Linux currently has the absolute least viruses circulating, next to mac, then windows in the lead. But if you're smart, you can avoid a lot of headaches.
Yes. You can be photographed or video recorded when you are in the workplace. Yes. They have the authority and can do that. Yes, there are laws and rules that permit this.

In my own experience on different Operating System, I think Windows 7 is the safest and fastest version of Windows Operating System. I haven't tried yet Linux or Ubuntu. Windows 7 OS has a security feature called User Account Control. This feature restricts the unauthorized access and use of the user account in your OS. This means that any malicious software programs trying to install, modify or delete system files are blocked by this features of Windows 7. Together with latest and updated anti virus software, your computer is secured from different malicious programs. However, you have to keep in mind that the security of your computer doesn’t merely rely on the features of this OS or effective anti-virus software. As a user, you have also the responsibility to secure your computer. For example, never click any pop-up windows or dialog boxes which you don't have the idea where it come. You might allow the malicious program to disable your anti-virus and infect your computer system.
