It definitely is NOT the last 4 digits of the phone number when it is a passcode that someone has changed. Try this: Samsung Master Reset: CAUTION: A master reset changes the phone settings back to default. This process will erase all contacts, downloaded settings, and downloaded applications (ringtones, wallpapers, graphics, etc). This process cannot be undone. Enter *2767*3855 from the standby screen. and if that does not work then this applies: The service provider cannot help you when the passcode has been changed from the default. It is not called a security code for no reason. You have 3 choices: 1. Replace the device 2. Send the device back to the manufacturer or take it to a shop to have the software flashed and reloaded 3. Start at 0000 and keep adding 1 to it (0000; 0001; 0002; etc) until you hit the right number
