Question:

How to preform a push-up?

Well I am looking into the military and I have started training in my free time. The problem is I try to do push ups and either its my back isn't straight or my butt is too low or high, and then some people say I bend my arms and too me its like once I am in the position my arms don't bend. Once I get in the position It hurts around like my pelvic and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have asked people to try to help me but they give up so easy. Any tips?

Answer:

try elevating your feet.
arms tucked in near your abdomen
Build stronger abdomen muscles , six pack .
nan
well your body probably isnt used to the strain of a push up. to start out i would do the classic girl style pushup with your knees on the ground and build up your strength that way. the only way to get better at pushups is to do pushups. good luck.
