I know this is really stupid, but is the first time I have a car with alarm and still do not understand how to use it. I look it with the remote and leave when i come back to the car I also unlock with the remote, but them it goes on and lock the ignition. Can someone explain me how to use it.
I dont think you are violating anything if the selling company is not interested in dealing with these locations. Upto my knowledge, distributorship is generally defined by the geographical territories and it may happen that a company is not interested in dealing directly in a specific region; for any reasons like business policy, less annual turnover, no further market possibilities etc.
Replace your battery, some units will go off if its low. If that does not work just buy another unit. They are not that exspensive and you'll enjoy the extra sleep.
