How to replace lining board of cone crusher

The new concrete on the back of the lining is made of cement No. 500~600 and sand, and the ratio is l:3 by weight. Before casting, the lining shall be polished so that the concrete can be firmly joined to it. After the concrete has been cast, it must be trimmed so that the ribs on the back of the lining plate are close to the frame and must be put into use until the concrete is fully preserved and dried. Otherwise, the service life will be affected.
Replace the broken cone lining board: when the lower part of the cone lining board is installed, the adjusting ring of the lower part of the cone is used to keep the clearance between l.0 and 2.0mm between the lower lining plate and the cone. The top lining shall be fitted with a pressed nut and then cast zinc alloy. Before casting, the cone and the lining plate are preheated 60~80 DEG C first, and the joints of the lining board shall be filled with asbestos and clay so as to avoid leakage of the zinc alloy. After the lining plate is finished with the alloy, the compression nut and the locking plate are installed to make it tightly fixed.
