Question:

How to replace wheels?

I have an 03 eclipse, and getting some aftermarket wheels soon. Are there any videos that show how to put aftermarket wheels on a car? Especially my car. Thanks

Answer:

I would suspect that you would put them on the same way you put any wheels on. If you bought the right wheels, they should have the same lug nut placement as the factory wheels. Put the wheel on the rotor and put the lug nuts back on in a crisscross pattern. Torque the lug nuts to the right torque. On the 2003 eclipse, the right torque is about 98 foot-pounds.
This is like advanced rocket science. You loosen the lug nuts on the wheels that are on your car, then take them off and remove the wheel. Put new wheel on bolts, install nuts and tighten in correct order and to proper torque. Or, you could probably hire an orangutan to do it for you.
Take the rims to a tire shop way faster and its cheap less than 30 minutes installed and ready to go
