I have a 3 year old lil boy completly potty trained the only problem is he still wets the bed at night even if I cut his drinks bck PLEASE HELP

Are you in the supervisory level on your own merit or are you related to the top echelon in the company you work at? Don't you KNOW what to do? Why do you need to rely on total strangers? Look, you can do one of three things: (a) Fire her and lose an experienced employee (and replace her with someone who'll need to be trained, a waste of time); (b) have a meeting with her and warn her that if she does this again, she will be terminated, no questions asked. Have her sign a notice to that effect; (c) get a proper time machine for employees to clock in and out each day (for goodness sake, they're NOT that expensive).
if the detector has a photo electric eye it cannot differentiate the steam from smoke. the density will set off the alarm. steam also will raise the air temperature quickly as a fire would. smoke alarms are very sensitive and even the heat from a cooking stove or a fireplace can trigger the alarm. relocate the alarm if possible away from bathroom door to prevent false alarms.
