Answer:

That system will preform just fine! the 560 TI is still a solid graphics card. The 850W power supply is fine, it is on the high side but if you ever decide to go SLI and use two 560 TI's you will have plenty of power for it. I tend to stay on the high side because then you can add to your system without worrying about not having enough power. The CPU is a very good one. You do not need to worry about getting one of the new FX AMD chips because they hardly beat the Phenom's! I have had many GIGABYTE boards and have never had a problem so you should be just fine Good choice of ram I love GSKILL and 8GB is the perfect amount for your rig since it seems like you want game. I actually own the Hyper 212 evo cooler and it is amazing, you really cant beat it for the price Western Digital Caviar Black's are awesome hard drives so you are fine with that one! I would suggest buying Windows 7 because Windows 8 just has to many problems and in my opinion extremely annoying to use For a first build that is a very good gaming system and it should serve you well!
You don't need an 850W PSU. 700W would be more than enough. I suggest you also get the AMD FX-6200 Zambezi CPU. Slightly more expensive, but a far better performance. The rest are look good, I personally suggest you stay on Win 7. Win 8 doesn't look so well.
