Triceps Tendinitis is fairly common with this exercise due to the stress put on the tendon. I can't remember the exact repetitions preformed.
Sounds like tendinitis or possible ligament damage. Skull crushers is not a natural ranage of motion and can cause strain on the elbows. If you do Skull crushers in a decline posistion, it puts a less of a strain on the elbows and still works the triceps. Hopefully the doctor can help you tomorrow. Good luck
