I am a 15 year old girlI am healthy but over weightI don't eat junk food I think the worst thing I have to eat in my house is probably the lean pocket things I eat for breakfastI eat healthy and exercise all the time I play soccerI swim, and I walk home from school once a weekI am bigger boned thus have a harder time losing weightI have done weight watchers and all that, it works but not for long as soon as I eat something I don't have planned out I gain weight and u gain it fastAll I want is to loose at the most 30 lbs I need help!!! What should I do???
