use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
silken tofu makes a wonderful replacement for cream in some recipes
Being on a high protein/low carb diet will just take all the water out of your system and all you will be left with after a while is fat, where as on a high fiber diet, you will (as blunt as this sounds) sit out all the fat in your system after a whileFrom what I've heard the high fiber diet is easier and more comfortable to manageSo I would chose the high fiber diet, which I am not on but I have a healthy amount of fiber everyday.
