Find some guy who knows gardening or landscaping, usually they know how to do the job properly.

I think you can do it by yourself if you have previous experience with laying the huge carpet by yourself, because they are basically similar.
You can either lay the grass by yourself which can save you money, or hire some professional company to do that for you.
