Question:

I changed the windshield wiper motor in a 1998 Chevy Tahoe. The new one only works on high.?

and the wiper fluid won't stop flowing. I don't new if i should get one with pulse or delay. Thank you

Answer:

On my Tahoe, we had to replace the fuse. But that was just to fix the wipers working on high. I don't know about the fluid. Good luck :o)
On the front of the wiper transmission theres a module, which contains a circuit board with 2 relays, and a cam that rides the wiper motor and opens a switch every cycle. Remove the module and make sure the cam is properly placed (it should NOT be jammed on the pin, it needs to clear the pin), and make sure the ground tab (metal tab a screw goes through) doesn't have any gasket material on it.
