If by rolling road you mean a setup similar to a dynamometer, I assume you want to couple a load to the rollers. One way to do this would be to force a rubber-tired wheel on a spring-loaded hinged axle against the rollers, and mount some sort of drag device like a spring-loaded hinged metal bracket so it presses on the tire.
