Answer:

They are dehydrated. If you can move them, then transfer them to a container with wet paper towel or vermiculite mixed with distilled or bottled water, taking care to not rotate them, but right side up all the time. Vermiculite is best because you can make a small depression in it and the egg can sit without rolling over (which would kill the embryo inside). If you cannot move them, keep the cage covered and keep the humidity high. Spraying the eggs directly with water is okay too. If your geckos cannot stand the high humidity, you can transfer them to another cage.
