Question:

I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix and the engine light is on. I fixed the issue. How do i turn off the light?

The problem was just that gas cap was loose. How do I turn the check engine light off? Thanks

Answer:

computer system is obd 2 disconnecting battery does nothing need a scanner to reset light advance/auto zone do it at no charge
You *could* get new, smaller rims and re-lace your hubs. With a car people get lower tires to get the car lower. With a motorcycle a lower tire will screw up with your handling, will not be able to take curves as well, scraping the bike in slower curves. If all you want to do is park it and look at it, you can re-lace your hubs for a smaller, lower tire. If you want to actually *ride* you will want to keep close to the stock tires.
disconnect the battery wait a couple of minutes reconnect and it should reset it's self
You can take it to a shop or Advanced Auto/Autozone and they can turn it off. The light will turn off automatically after it passes a test a few times. That may take weeks though.
Bike tires are not flat like car tires so there is no real low profile option.
