Automatic start doesn‘t work unless truck is warm! Is my amp alternator enough For the 2007 6.2 esv ??? I had aftermarket alternator from autozone got My $ Back still have the same issue! I have bright interior lights, a powerful bull horn 3 tvs! Do I need a 220 amp!

Sounds like a voltage regulator or weak battery problem. Assuming the alternator is providing juice to the battery you should have no trouble with auto start. Have the charging system and battery checked but I doubt it's the alternator especially since you've been through so many. No way all 4 can be faulty. Also you don't need a huge alternator and stock size will suffice for bright lights and a big horn whereas having a huge stereo would be a different story.
