I have some bags of lime that I dont need, I could throw it away as there is moisture in the bag, but what would happen if I spread the lime on my beds in my garden? The beds have mulch all over them.. Would I be causing damage? to the plants on the beds? roses, etc.... What else could I do with the lime instead of throwing in garbage, thanks
If you aren't opposed to a little painting, I would repaint the room--maybe the old lime green walls could become chocolate brown, or you could repaint all four something totally new (terra cotta or spice red might be nice). Lime green and white are cute but slightly feminine and this would allow the two of you to choose a color that suits you both together. Your furniture sounds suited to almost any wall color, but I would make sure it is a decision the two of you make together for your new home. Best of luck and congrats on this new beginning!
to me dark wood floors and furniture would look good painted with red ,a burgandy, orange,or a turquoise to me i love lime green thats actually one of the colors that goes good with wood floors and a brown comforter
The colors you have on your walls are very cool summer colors. I personally like them. What I think is mismatch is the color of your furniture. If it would have been in White deco or neutral natural brown than it would have been perfect with the color scheme. Well a little addition or alteration might do the trick. You can change your furniture to White. Can change the color of your walls if you want matching with the furniture and your bedding it can switch to the family of Brown. You didn't mention the colors scheme of your window treatment and drapes that could be altered as well.
