I was at the grocery tonight, and they add fiber to fruit juice nowThat would be alright - be sure to dilute it 1 part juice to 3 or 4 parts water.
they are ok but i think using something specifically designed for thermal styling would work betterjust go to any hair salon or even walmart and look for thermal or heat protection spray.
