Hi! I totally understand what you are battling! I also struggle with maintaining a very oily complexion. Here are some suggestions: 1) Use a MATIFYING facial wash, and a TONER. Matyfing products mattify! They essentially reduce the shine or oiliness of the face. A toner removes surface oils, dirt, and makeup, DEEP within your pores. It essentially takes away what washing cannot. 2) Use a facial cream that is OIL-FREE. You should be looking out for products that are oil-free (they are very easy to find) 3) With makeup, apply a facial primer before applying your makeup. This will seal your pores, and preserve the makeup you wear (It basically acts as a shield from your natural oils) 4) Use a foundation that is matifying, and ALSO a powder on top (preferably matifying). The powder deals the foundation and takes away the shine. 5) Use oil wipes/papers throughout the day. They work wonders! They remove oils without affecting your makeup. I'm sure any of these suggestions will help you out with your oil problem. A combination of them will bring upon an amazing difference. Hope these help!
More than likely it's the belt has broken. Take the name and model number and get a replacement belt, or you can probably look in your manual and get a part number. Most all are simple to replace and will break often if you get stuff wrapped around the brush roller. It wouldn't hurt to get two, some are packaged that way anyhow, but that way you'll have one ready for the next time it happens.
