Okay, i went into this video store that has a mobi store inside also. So i went there to pay my phone bill, as i step into the door, there was a folded 100 dollar bill that i thought was real. I picked it up as a bunch of guys i thought seemed to drop it. I ran up the stairs and out of the store to ask either of them if it was theres. Then i walked away thinking cool! i scored 100 dollars! Then the video worker guy came up to me and asked if i found a 100 dollar bill on the ground. I said no, hey finders, keepers. As i walked back home, i took it out of my purse and opened it up, in the back was all white, but the front was like totally copied the real 100 dollar bill. As I went back to the store the next day, to pay my phone bill, the manager at the phone mart said we caught you taking the fake 100 dollar bill, it was on our video camera I just said oh so it was you guys who set me up huh? He just said where in the book of law does it say its illegal to print out only the front

You can use a device called a wrist-roller: it looks like a thick bar with one end of a rope attached to it and the other end holding a light weight. Hold the bar out directly horizontal in front of you and twist the bar until the cord winds all the way around the bar. Then slowly go the opposite direction, unwinding the cord with the weight attached to it. You want to start out with a light weight first, around 5 lbs. Then, as it becomes easier, increase the weight, but don't try to go up to 20 lbs. If you are able to wind 12-15 lbs, then don't go any higher than that. Just try and wind the cord as fast as possible, while maintaining proper form (arms should be straight out in front of you without bending your elbows) and slowly unwinding the cord as you go the opposite direction. Do 4 sets of completely winding/unwinding at least every other day. With weights, you can do reverse curls, barbell wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, and concentration curls. Look up these exercises if you don't know how to do them, but I would highly suggest getting a wrist-roller to build up your forearms. Also, buy a hand gripper or use a rubber ball and squeeze the hell out of it, everyday as much as possible. Hope this helps you get massive forearms!
