Answer:

unforetunately, you're part of alagascothey suck but also your bill like here in mobile is comprised of two things monthly connection fee to the building.gas used suspect a leak? call them ..they'll ck the lines to tell you at no cost dont know how your hotwater is provided by the building/all of you share the same water heater? cuz thats the only way it can happen. take away the connection fee amount from the 19.00 and what do you have? perhaps 10. for 30 days of gas usage/break that down to a daily basis of cost for gas perday..what .30? maybenot too bad you can ask or your bill should show all these figures on it monthly 'service' connection fee/therms used/cost of each therm (here in mobile its about 1.70-80 per them used.
How about parking far enough away so if there is a fire the fire fighters can get to it. It could be your house on fire. Don't block it. Commonsense. I have seen video's were they have broke out windows of cars and stuck the hose through the car. They dont mess around.
I started when I was 15 and the way I began was with classes and a sketch book. Our first lesson was accessories, then tailoring, and finally a complete garment. Know your sizes, including B-W-H and height and plan ahead on fabric material and other things like buttons, snap, zippers, and trims, etc. Sketching a design first helped me because then I basically made a shopping list of things needed for the outfit. Absolute necessaries are sewing tread in various colors (I started with black and white), hand needles (I have a 45 pack of various sizes), measuring tape, straight pins for holding fabric in place when going through a sewing machine, sewing machine, fabric scissors (not cheap craft or kitchen scissors!), patterns for dresses, skirts, shirts, etc., bobbins for the machine, and extras include a seam ripper in case you mess up on a stitch, threader, safety pins, extra bobbins, and buttons and snap fasteners.
