I have problem of constipation from a long time first I was using medicines to for bowel movement but now even medicines dont workIwas very careless in eating.i ate lots of stuff not good for curing my problemNow at this stage I m kind of fuked upI went to doctors many tines they told me to try lots of water food with high fiber and eating vegetablesItried everything nothing helped meI think my digestive is very weak it cant digest food properlyIf I just eat fruit some people say only eating fruit not good for healthI was buying high fiber bread oats and everything which have high fiber written on itI think I dont know how to eat fruit oatmeal properly at what time what quantityI request u guys if any one can help me tell me a diet that is gud to heal my worst constipation and very very weak digestive system just tell me what veges what fruits to eat at what timesSome times it feel I have the worst constipation in the world.i also fear of colon cancer please help me
