I have to make a catchy phrase about lab safety, any suggestions?
looking at the pipe you will need to turn the nut counter clockwise to loosen.if the pipe sticking out of the wall is an old steel pipe? you may have to get a hacksaw and cut a slice thru the nut.. then spread it apart and remove.you could you silicone but it will be extremely messy if done wrongmost new J bends will come with a nut and washerwhich shouldnt need siliconeif the threads on the pipe coming out of the wall are junk? you may need to get a rubber clamp that will be sized to go from that to the J bend. if you decide on the silicone then fit everything together first then take 1 section apart a little and applythen do the next fitting.. and next. then out a small dap of silicone somewhere visible when the dab is dry then you can run the water
A sticky roller or tape would be best, but without either, I would try vacuuming the coat. You may need help holding it out flat so the hose doesn't grab it. Use the crevice tool on the hose. I think you meant to ask about BRUSHES. :) I would still try hard to get some tape or a roller. I'm not too sure about the vacuum, but hey
Do you have any rubber gloves on hand? If so, just put these on, wet the gloves, and roll the cat hair right off the coat. -
