it fells bruised inside and still stings alittle and i a little blurry is this somthing i should just let it heal itself or see a doctor???

If it is an aftermarket alarm system it will have obvious connections to your ignition system to cut it out, these will have to be removed along with the box and discarded. We have seen numerous used car purchases where an old alarm creates problems and there is not specific repair information.. the cost effective way to deal with it is to eliminate it and buy a new one, especially at today's labor rates..
