My hair is a mousy blonde which is a really dark blonde (it almost looks brown). It's about 10cm off my elbows so it's pretty long. I'd like to keep my hair long but I don't mind if it's cut to about a few cm off my shoulders. I got my first professional haircut about 7 months ago and I got a side fringe and two layers. I'd like lots of layers because I like the cute emo haircuts but not the really crazy ones. I'm not sure if I should get more layers though because my mum tells me I have thick hair but I don't think so. It's not really thick anyway, but it's not thin. About medium. So now that I have told you about what I want, could you give me some advice on what haircut I should get. Yes, but at the same time, you were being charged with stealing a fire hydrant. He might be able to simply argue that he had reason to suspect you of other potential stolen items. However, on the other hand, he didn't cite you for it, and that might be why, because he knew that if he did, you could take him to court for unlawful search and seizure, and technically, he might be in the wrong on that. Having an odd lump in your sock does not give the police probable cause to search or seize. Scott B is probably a liberal in the mindset that police and governmental authority figures and law-enforcement have the right to just randomly decide to search you . . . unless you're an illegal immigrant, then for some magical reason, liberals think it's totally wrong.

I'm sure he wont have much of an issue until after next week. Thats when he will be seeing pictures of Tom Brady and Randy Moss heading to the SuperBowl. And that will last for at least a couple months til he starts putting this season in memory and focuses on next year
