It has 16x 7 aluminum wheels, 4.6 V8 XR7
independent rear suspension, there will be cv joints in the rear like a front wheel drive. some had the straight axle, also they might be reffering to the firm ride suspension they put on thunderbird supercoupes, (almost the same car) if so you have the switch in the center council.
Maybe by the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?
The wheels should be 15 x 7, if they are stock. The only suspension option on an XR7 was to have the air assist shock absorber system added, which gave you a different set of shocks, sway bars and springs. Otherwise you should have a stock system, unless a previous owner modified it. The rotors are part of the hub and are easily removable, but most people are not likely to have a wrench large enough to do it. I think the lock nut for them is 2 inches. Be sure you get a replacement that fits your car.some are for ABS others are not, and they are different.
