i can't afford to buy it and can't drive my car untill i get the instructions please can anyone tell me where to get them??
They do keep extinguishers every where now. They can't risk a fire that they can't defend. The risk of not having extinguishers out-weigh the benefits.
It's plastic but it won't break easily. Resin is smooth but they can make it bumpy or embed it with something to make it rough. .
I think the word your looking for is crowd control. The police use the minimum force necessary to control a crowd. Then you have the protesters that push things to the limit so they can film the result. Whose street our street to quote the protesters.
