I am about 5'5quot; and I weigh over 200 lbsOver the past year I gained about 60 lbs and I'm not sure howMy eating habbits never changed, if anything I began to eat better and be more physicalI would like to lose about 75 lbsI gave up red meat as a startBut it is very hard because everyone in my house eats red meat and there are lots of snack foods and microwaveable foods and little healthy foods in the houseI know I need to eat healthy and exersize which I try to do as often as I canI work a full time office job and go to school so I am sitting alot unless Im at the gymI need help really bad because I dont have much help elsewhereI know it'll take time so I'm not in a hurry but I need to be healthier and not obeseAny suggestions? Also, are there any weightloss products or anything I can take or use to help with the process? Anything that can help me, other than eat healthy and exersize, will be greatI'm working on the eating/exersize thing but I want something more.

Keep it in the freezer after putting it in a plastic.Do not put in a foil because it reduces loos of heat an could melt the ice.(that is why it is used for hot food.Agreed but if dry ice sublimes it means it changed from solid to gas,How could ice sublime when it is put in a freezer.(explain
This Site Might Help YouRE: whats the best way to preserve dry ice? im purchasing about 2 pounds of dry ice tomorow and i was wondering how i could keep it from evaporating, so far i have a small cooler and some tin foil, if i wrap the ice with the tin foil should that keep it from evaporating? also if it does which side should be facing in, shiney side or dull.
